SPUNKY POLICIES

Standard Policy Payment & Cancellation Agreement

 

DEPOSITS: All Party Packages requires a non-refundable $100.00 deposit holding fee which will go towards your party package. Party deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. However, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your party if given five days’ notice. After the 5th day you will be charged full event price. If for any reason you need to cancel before 5 days and you have paid in full the non-refundable deposit will be withheld and the remaining funds will be re-issued within 7-10 day of the cancellation.

 

PAYMENTS: Deposits & payments can be made by Debit / Credit / Cash App / or PayPal. Remaining Balance is due 5 days before schedule party.

 

CONFIRMATION CALL: We will make every attempt to call you a week before the schedule party date to re-confirm, if we do not hear from you within that following week, your party will automatically be cancelled.

 

LATE ARRIVALS: Please have your entire party arrive on time for your party booking time. Any late arrivals may result in your guest not receiving full services due to scheduling restrictions. We will not start the party until the Birthday child has arrived. NOTE: If any children arrive for the party after the schedule party time, they may NOT be rendered all the services.

 

HEAD COUNT: Please verify your party head count as you will be charged full price even if a child doesn’t show for the event. You can ONLY add additional kids to your party, two days before the party.

 

CANCELLATION & INCLEMENT WEATHER: Spunky Little Diva’s Beauty Bar & Spa Salon, have the right to cancel a party within 24-hours due to extreme inclement weather condition, which results in dangerous driving conditions for our employees; we will try our very best to accommodate the date of your choice within 30 days, but cannot guarantee that it will be available; however you will have alternative dates to choose from at no additional charge.

 

PERMISSION SLIPS: NO SERVICE WILL BE RENDERED WITHOUT PERMISSION SLIP AGREEMENT SIGNED BY EACH PARENT; PERMISSION SLIP CANNOT BE SIGNED BY THE GUEST OF HONOR PARENT. If you forget you will still be charged for the child.

 

REFUNDS: Deposits are non-refundable. All remain balances outside of deposit are refundable.

 

RESERVATIONS: Please call or email to schedule your party at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance of your desired party date and time to see if it is available. Once you have selected a party date and time, we will hold your reservation for one week to give you time to complete the guest list, sign the party contract, and return it to us along with your deposit. Your deposit will secure your reservation, and we will begin finalizing and mailing the custom printed invitations.

 

PRICING: Prices and services are subject to change without notice. All sales and services are final. Store credit only.

 

PARENT ATTENDANCE: We encourage and welcome parents to sit in and observe the party.

 

SETUP: All Professionally Hosted Parties include delivery, set-up and clean up at the selected location.

 

MINIMUM/MAXIMUM ATTENDANCE: In order to ensure that each girl receives the attention she deserves we ask that Spa Parties be limited to a maximum of 10 guests including the birthday girl. You must have a minimum of 2 girls to do a spa party.

 

ACTIVITIES: All activities are for entertainment purposes ONLY. Spunky Little Diva Cosmetic/Spa activities are not performed by licensed cosmetic professional.

 

SERVICES: Our services include, mini manicures, mini pedicures, mini facials, mini makeup session, and dance session. There will be NO CLIPPING, CUTTING OR PUSHING BACK OF CUTICLES for health & sanitation purposes.

ARRIVAL: Our party host will arrive at your location approximately 30 minutes prior to the scheduled party time. Our host are responsible for set-up and running smooth fun and smooth parties only.

 

SIBLINGS OF GUESTS: Our party packages cover the guest of honor and their guest. Please include any siblings in the final guest list if you would like for them to participate.

 

DISCIPLINE & NON-PARTICIPATION: Spunky Little Diva hostess are responsible for the flow of the party and the party activities ONLY. We ask that you monitor any disruptive behavior and attend to any child who does not want to participate.

 

ALLERGIES: We ask that all allergies be disclosed upfront during the reservation process and listed on your application. In the case of allergies, Spunky Little Diva’s will discuss with you other alternative (if any) that maybe used and still give off the effect that will still make your little one feel special one that day. (Note: If allergies are not listed or made aware of, Spunky Little Diva’s is not responsible for allergic reactions to the use of any makeup, lotions, or costumes during or after the party. It is the responsibility of the guest and/or guests’ parents or guardian to inform us of any special allergies.)

LIABILITY: Spunky Little Diva its owners and employees assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or allergies related to food items, clothing, or make-up, injuries to party guest, or property damage, costume malfunction, or any other activity that may occur.

PARTY DURATION: Please note we reserve approximately two hours per party, but parties may conclude within 1½ hours due to factor including, but not limited to the number of guest, activities, guest participation, etc.
